Terms & Conditions

Engagement Structure & Payment Terms

Total Investment (₹57,000): Single integrated engagement covering the website revamp — design (with 2 revision cycles), Next.js build, Sanity CMS, and lead generation. Delivered in 5 weeks.
Milestone Payments: 50% on signing (₹28,500) · 50% before go-live (₹28,500).
All invoices are payable within 7 days of invoice date via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS).
18% GST applicable on all invoices as per Indian tax regulations.
Work commences only after receipt of initial payment.

Scope Management & Change Requests

The scope covers the website revamp as agreed: five core deliverables (Audit, Design, Build, CMS, Lead Generation).
Scope changes outside defined deliverables will be handled via change request with revised timeline and cost. All scope changes require written approval from both parties.

Intellectual Property Rights

All custom code, designs, and documentation developed for DVA Advisors will become DVA Advisors' property upon final payment.
1000xdev retains rights to use the project as a case study in our portfolio (with prior approval from DVA Advisors).
Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and tools remain with their respective owners.

Warranty & Post-Launch Support

30 days warranty for bug fixes on the delivered website from date of go-live.
Warranty covers bugs and issues in delivered functionality, not new feature requests or scope additions.
After warranty period, ongoing maintenance and support available via separate agreement.
